General specification

All of our garden sheds, summerhouses,children's play dens and pet houses are are pretreated with a quality water based preservative prior to delivery. To insure longevity we recommend a top coat upon installation and annually thereafter. Timber is a natural product, subject to change by environmental conditions, to minimise contraction and expansion it is essential to maintain your building.
All building dimensions shown are approximate,based on external wall sizes, allowances should be made for roof overhangs when locating your building in a confined space. All glass used is 3mm horticultural unless otherwise stated.
Delivery and Installation
Delivery and Installation within a 30 mile radius of Deeside Property Improvements is included with in our normal price.
We expect you to have a base that is suitable for the desired size that you have opted for.
Your base should be Flat, Level and square. Like all good constructions it starts with a good foundation.
